    Overview

    The JH-LR-100 machine has a cabinet size of 1900×1000×2000mm, with a temperature range of -80℃ to +90℃. It features three independent temperature control channels and high control accuracy. It adopts a single compressor and self-cascading refrigeration technology, using fluorine-free refrigerants, which is energy-efficient and can achieve rapid temperature rise and drop.     Features

    a.Excellent performance parameters: Include a wide temperature range, three-

    channel independent temperature control with high control accuracy.The static

    accuracy reaches up to 0.1C , while the dynamic accuracy is 0.5C . The flow rate is

    automatically adjustable at 30L/min, accurately meeting various test requirements.

    Additionally, the cooling and heating power is robust, with a rapid rise and cooling

    rate averaging ≥1℃/min, allowing for efficient completion of the test process.

    b.Innovative refrigeration technology: Utilizing a single compressor refrigeration

    system and employing distillation-type mixed refrigerant self-overlapping

    refrigeration technology, we can achieve any temperature above -150°C.This

    approach reduces the number of required refrigeration systems, thereby cutting

    costs and energy consumption.The high-efficiency compressor, which uses an environmentally friendly refrigerant, increases refrigeration efficiency by over 30% below -40°C. Additionally, the refrigeration capacity is distributed rationally to prevent

    testing deviations.

          c.Optimized Structural Design: The overall structure is compact, with external dimensions of 1900×1000×2000mm, saving space and enabling flexible operation. The main body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, featuring high strength; the surface treatment process makes it both aesthetic and durable. For insulation, high-quality insulation cotton and a polyurethane foam layer are adopted, effectively reducing heat loss.

           d.Intelligent Control System: Independently developed multi-stage PID control technology, combined with patented cooling capacity control, precisely adjusts cooling and heating capacity to achieve rapid and stable temperature control. A high-speed PLC with a 32-bit RISC processor, paired with a 7-inch intelligent high-speed touch screen, ensures convenient operation and rich functions. It is equipped with multi-level user permission management to guarantee safe operation of the equipment.
